December Coding Challenge Day 2
Yes, there would be a day 2 of the December Coding Challenge.
Currently typing this from my futon, surrounded by the chaos of my years, which I need to whittle down to approximately 1/10th of my current amount of possessions. Moving to a much smaller room share from this pool house at the beginning of the year. I need to cut down on possessions and expenses this upcoming year.
I am typing this out on an old laptop of my late stepdad's with maxed out ram and an ssd. I rescued it from getting tossed out because it's only problem was that the hdd was dead, my old laptop's motherboard died right before I was able to upgrade the 6 GB ram to 16 GB and the 256 GB hdd to a 500 GB ssd. Replaced the memory and storage on this notebook with what I had for the other computer's upgrades and did a fresh install of windows 10. Had already purchased a copy about a year ago for a computer that had failed the upgrade and could not go online, drivers didn't work and hadn't used the key that came with the disc yet as it used the key associated to that computer by default. Very glad I saved that bit of paper!
Spent the day doing the update tango. Installed Google Chrome, notepad++, Office 2016 (which I get free through school), and will start a basic portfolio page tonight. I will be using HTML5 on notepad++ tonight. I will hopefully get the home, contact us, about, news/blog, and art portfolio pages html coded tonight.
Tomorrow I will have the Day 2 folder in drive available for your perusal.
